By accessing Prema AI Labs, you agree to these legal conditions. We build immensely powerful generative intelligence tools, and we legally and ethically dictate how they can be deployed over our infrastructure.

1. License & Usage

Prema AI Labs grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use our web platforms and API endpoints purely for lawful, operational, and research purposes. You may not reverse-engineer our proprietary emotional-analysis models or decompile the WebGL shards delivered to your client pipeline.

2. Ethical Restrictions (AUP)

We operate a zero-tolerance Acceptable Use Policy. Our models and APIs may never be used to:

• Generate non-consensual deepfakes or impersonate human individuals.
• Automate large-scale disinformation campaigns or astroturf social networks.
• Develop autonomous weapon protocols or surveillance tracking mechanisms.
• Provide highly regulated medical, psychiatric, or legal advice without qualified human-in-the-loop oversight.

3. Liability limitation

Prema AI Labs and its foundational infrastructure are provided "as is" and "as available". To the paramount extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties. We are absolutely not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including data loss, computational errors, or any financial ramifications resulting directly from hallucinated or poorly structured LLM outputs. AI is probabilistic; human oversight is structurally required.

4. Enterprise SLAs

If you are engaged in an Enterprise Agreement, the specific terms, uptime guarantees (99.99%), and liability scopes articulated in your signed enterprise MSA completely supersede this generalized agreement.
